Adulttoys Store FAQs

We take your privacy seriously and make sure all shipments are discreet. We pack your goods in plain brown cardboard boxes, manila envelopes, or courier branded boxes (such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. There is no Adulttoys Store branding on the outside of the box or on the shipping label. Shipping labels will display the sender as ‘RSV LLC’ or ‘Red System Ventures LLC’.

Once a shipment has left our warehouse, the package is under the control of the courier. Adulttoys Store has no control over delivery delays. If your delivery is delayed and you wish to pursue a refund, you will need to contact the courier directly. Any delivery issues are strictly between the customer and the courier.

If your order is not received Adulttoys Store must be notified within 90 days. Adulttoys Store is not responsible for missing order that are not reported within 90 days of purchase.

For all ADULTTOYS-branded products, yes! Our 101-Day ADULTTOYS Promise guarantees your satisfaction with all products that have “by Adulttoys” in the product name.

Address Corrections: Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that the correct address is provided. If our carrier is unable to deliver to a provided address and the customer requests another delivery attempt, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees.

Order Modifications: Customers can add or remove items from an order and can update payment information within 24 hours of placing the order. Modifications are subject to approval and may not be approved.

Cancellation and Modification Process: Email info@Adulttoys.support with all the relevant details.

All orders must be paid for online. We accept Chime, Zelle, CashAppPayPal, Apple Pay, Bank Transfer and Cryto Payment.

Cancellation Period: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, before it is processed for shipment.

Cancellation Fee: No fee is imposed if the order is canceled within 24 hours. After 24 hours, a restocking fee of 25% of the total order value is imposed.

Cancellation Process: Email info@Adulttoys.support with your order details. Cancellations made through other channels may not be recognized.

Exceptions: Certain circumstances, such as documented emergencies or product unavailability, may warrant waiving the cancellation period or providing alternative solutions. Please reach out to us directly to discuss your situation

We’re happy to try! Please give us as much information as possible, such as the name of the channel and scene, a short description of the toy and/or a screenshot of the toy.

    International Shipping

    Generally, no. Adulttoys Store is not responsible for items seized or disallowed by customs inspectors for any reason. Please check to ensure that your items are allowed in your country before ordering.

    Customers are solely responsible for communications and notifications with customs agencies. Adulttoys Store is not responsible for items not picked up from customs because of missed messages or miscommunications with a customs agency.

    Once the item is delivered to the customer’s country, the customer is solely responsible for retrieving it.

    If a shipment is returned to Adulttoys Store due to customs disallowance, customs duty nonpayment, or other delivery failure, then Adulttoys Store will take the following actions:

    – Inspection: Verify items are unopened and unused.
    – Refund Calculation: Issue a refund to the original payment method for the Product Total only.
    – Deductions: We will not refund the original shipping cost, and we will deduct any “Return to Sender” fees charged to us by the carrier (UPS/USPS).
    – Exceptions: If the item is seized, destroyed, or lost by customs, the “No Refund” policy remains strictly in effect.

    A customs declaration is an obligatory document that accompanies international shipments. It provides comprehensive details about the contents, value and origin of the transported goods.

    Adulttoys Store provides discreet product information on all customs forms. However, we cannot send blank or inaccurate customs forms. If you have additional questions about international shipping, please email info@Adulttoys.support.

    International customers should expect that additional fees will be due when the package arrives in the country of delivery, and must be paid in order for the courier to release the package to the final destination. The customer is responsible for these fees; they are not included in the shipping price.

    If additional duties or taxes are required, the courier will contact the customer when the package has arrived at the destination country’s border.
