Shipping
Discreet Packaging
We take your privacy seriously. All shipments are discreetly shipped in plain brown cardboard boxes, manila envelopes or courier-branded boxes (USPS, UPS or FedEx). There is no Adulttoys branding on the outside of the box, including on the shipping label. Shipping labels will display the sender as ‘RSV LLC’ or ‘Red System Ventures LLC’.
Order Fulfillment
Orders placed:
- After 1pm Monday-Friday
- Saturday / Sunday
- US holidays
will be fulfilled and shipped on the next business day from one of our US warehouses.
All orders must be placed online. If you have ordered multiple items, they may arrive in different packages. Once your package is on the move with the courier, a tracking number will be emailed to you.
Free Shipping
US domestic orders over $119 qualify for free shipping. Exemptions may apply. Our free shipping policy may vary during seasonal sales and special events.
Delivery Guarantees
Once a shipment has left our warehouse, the package is under the control of the courier. Adulttoys Store has no control over delivery delays. If your delivery is delayed and you wish to pursue a refund, you will need to contact the courier directly. Any delivery issues are strictly between the customer and the courier.
In the event of unforeseen software outages or AWS issues affecting our shipping providers, fulfillment may be delayed until service is restored.
Address Corrections
Please be diligent about your delivery address! Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that the shipping address is correct. If the shipment carrier is unable to deliver to the address you provided and you request another delivery attempt, you will be responsible for any additional shipping fees.
International Shipments
Please check to ensure that your items are allowed in your country before ordering.
- Adulttoys Store is not responsible for items seized or disallowed by customs inspectors for any reason.
- Adulttoys Store is not responsible for items not picked up from customs because of missed messages or miscommunications with a customs agency.
- Customers are solely responsible for communications and notifications with customs agencies.
- Once the item is delivered to the customer’s country, the customer is solely responsible for retrieving it.
Refund Allowances
If a shipment is returned to Adulttoys Store due to customs disallowance, customs duty nonpayment, or other delivery failure, then we will take the following actions:
- Inspection: Verify items are unopened and unused.
- Refund Calculation: Issue a refund to the original payment method for the Product Total only.
- Deductions: We will not refund the original shipping cost, and we will deduct any “Return to Sender” fees charged to us by the carrier (UPS/USPS).
- Exceptions: If the item is seized, destroyed, or lost by customs, the “No Refund” policy remains strictly in effect.
